Run security software to check for malicious code that might be allowing your login details to be stolen. Check your Trash folder as well, since messages that have been sent but later deleted may still be in the trash. If there are messages you did not send, your account may have been hacked. If there is a login from a different country, region or city (not one you've visited) this could mean that someone else has logged into your Yahoo account.
